For the past 8 remarkable years I have helped many people buy and sell Real Estate. During that time, I have been develop my skills to a point where I understand completely the role I am to fill as a trusted advisor. I’m not in sales, but rather I help people mitigate and avoid the risks that can potentially be catastrophic in terms of the emotional, physical, and monetary toll it can take once a transaction is complete. In nearly every case the purchase or sale of a home is the largest single investment that they, the client has made in their lives to date.

My role is to consult with those clients and find out what it is that is most important to them, beyond the obvious, and help them accomplish what they tell me they want to do. Along the way I may bring up an issue that may not be the most popular of things to say, but it no less needs be said to protect the client, and in some rare cases to protect them from themselves by not making a bad decision.

At the end of the day I help people do what they want to do in selecting the home of their choice or if selling their property, how to best position themselves to obtain the highest and best offer.

It must be a natural event so that the client can draw their own conclusions once I detail for them the entire process in advance.

I serve the needs of my clients based upon what they tell me at our initial consultation and that can always be amended as things change for them and as the marketplace changes.

I understand what it’s like to sit on the other side of the desk and what they may expect from me and then I do my best to exceed those expectations. My goal is to have that client become a, “ client for life,” much in the same way you may have an attorney, or accountant that has been a part of your life. I too want to be a member of that group as your Real Estate Consultant for Life.

The credo I use is a simple one and that is: Accuracy, before Momentum. With accuracy the outcome is predictable and without it leaves far too much to chance.
